How do know it is stress?

 

Stress is not just something everybody has, it is the hell we go through every second. At present, there is no way there is a person without stress in their life at least for a while. It is a disease that kills us slowly. Everybody has stress from teenage to old age and it doesn't matter what responsibility one has. So, why do we have stress? Stress is our reaction to a situation, it is our negative reaction to any harmful and uncomfortable moments or to do the things we don’t like and afraid of. Some people have stress only at a particular moment and they will be well aware of what brings them stress. It is good to have the knowledge of what makes you stressed and to be able to avoid it to your best or overcoming it is more likely. At times we will not know what we are going through and we fear and get stressed on the stress we have by not knowing exactly what is happening to us. Stress is not that big deal when it's compared to other dangerous diseases but stress can make any disease much dangerous than it is and it makes you turn character.

Symptoms if you are in stress

  • Headaches  
  • Troubled sleeping
  • Chest pain 
  • Heart race faster 
  • Getting moody without conscience
  • Agitation, frustration
  • Depressed without a reason
  • Wanting to be lonely or feeling lonely even when you are surrounded by people
  • Ignoring people 
  • Feeling worthless

These symptoms occur when you think over the same thing that you are afraid to face or feeling guilt over the matter that doesn’t concern much. Overthinking to control your behavior or thinking to change the day that did not go well as you predicted. You can not beat the stress as it beats you down. However, we can try to do our best by taking things not very seriously and can laugh at our embarrassments than stressing them.
