Are

So you might be thinking what's wrong with eating white bread, Right? Well, let's just say that white bread has nothing in it that will help you to nourish
your body. There are no vitamins, minerals or fibre which are all nutrients you
should be getting from your daily diet. But there is more to it and that is
why I've come up with these four reasons why you should stop eating white
bread. So let's take a glance at them, shall we?

favourite, light bread provides no nutritional value: to form light bread you
initially need, white flour and unfortunately, white flour has been completely
stripped of its nutrients, while manufacturers do enrich white flour with
vitamins and minerals but that are only in small Quantities. The flour is formed
primarily of starch, on the opposite hand, you've got whole-grain bread which
are made up of germ and bran also which is full of minerals vitamins protein
fibre and healthy fats so if you can't live without eating bread make sure you
are eating the one that was made from whole grain flour.
Reason
number two, white bread is full of preservatives and additives: Additives and
preservatives like calcium peroxide ammonium sulphate and D glycerides are all
found in the average white bread loaf. There is absolutely no nutrition found
in the white bread it's created with the express purpose of being a filler food
that is soft and features a long shelf life. If you would categorize the
food, we eat you could talk about food being whole, living and dead. In this
case white bread would be categorized as dead food. Other dead foods include
processed foods junk foods and fast foods. If you want to eat well choose well
and living foods that include lean proteins, and whole-grain bread.
Reason
number 3: White bread won't satisfy your hunger: white bread are high on the
glycaemic index and cause a spike in your blood sugar and with that delicious
carb you will get a nice energy boost but that won't last for long.
Reason
number 4: White bread will make you gain weight fast: Harvard University says
eating white bread in large quantities is going to lead to weight gain. You may
think it's okay because you check the calorie count and it's not too bad but
white bread can lead to cravings which will cause you to eat more calories the
rest of the day.
